Project Management & Supervision

Prof. Christian Schindelhauer

• Role: Supervisor
• Responsibilities: High-level academic guidance, project/thesis supervision, official evaluation and grading, and overall research alignment.

Jan Cichosz

• Role: Project Manager (since 03.2026)
• Responsibilities: Coordinator for student onboarding, project matching, code reviews, and architectural alignment. Feel free to reach out directly with topics and backlog inquiries.

Active Student Registry

To prevent merge conflicts in our shared monorepo and foster collaboration, we maintain a live registry of active student projects. Before starting code changes, ensure your active branch and topic are coordinated here.

Registry Guidelines for Students

1. Coordination: Coordinate with your supervisor to add your name, GitHub handle, branch prefix (e.g. dev/yourname), project scope and topics below.
2. Kick-off & Exchange: Join our regular Mental Card Game Meeting to share status updates and coordinate integrations.
